Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the car brand's products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to boost your skills and knowledge.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to suggest improvements to processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive industry, is a plus.
