Job DescriptionPrivate General dentistry practice located in Bel Air, MD seeking experienced RDH to work every other Friday 9:00am-2:00pm. We are a patient-focused dental practice in search of a quality, motivated, articulate and personable Registered Dental Hygienist. Hygienist must be comfortable with co-diagnosis and working with implants. We provide the highest quality dental care, with a focus on health, comfort and education in order to help our patients have healthy smiles while building strong relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in Dental Hygiene, but new graduates are welcome to apply, especially if they have previous dental experience. You must be a fast learner, detail-orientated, capable of handling multiple tasks, complete them with minimal supervision and willing to work as a team. Dental knowledge is very important for our team members and you must be willing to learn.
We use the Dentrix & Dexis imaging software.
Requirements:
- Maryland Registered Dental Hygiene license.
- Copy of certificate of graduation from accredited program.
- Team Player
- Strong Attention to detail and thorough in all work.
- Co-Treatment plan with Dentist
- Building rapport; excellent communication, customer service and organization skills with a strong desire to learn.
- Commitment and ability to keep the patients and practices information confidential.
-Strong interpersonal, computer, verbal, listening and communication skills with a general willingness to help people. Dentrix experience a plus.
