Job DescriptionM&A Attorney Established (40+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking M&A Attorney for Corporate Transactions in Belleville, IL or Edwardsville, ILAn established firm based in Belleville and Edwardsville with over 40 years in practice is seeking an M&A Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and business transactions, advising clients through all phases of deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.Offer:
Salary range: $100,000-$130,000, depending on experience

Candidates must be licensed in Illinois and have 3+ years of experience in corporate law with a focus on M&A.
Strong experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related corporate documents is required.
Excellent communication and client advisory skills are essential.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines independently.Responsibilities:
Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents including asset and stock purchase agreements.
Conduct due diligence and coordinate with tax, finance, and regulatory teams.
Provide counsel on corporate governance and compliance matters.
