Job DescriptionSenior Associate Attorney
We are a law firm focused on pharmaceutical litigation, employment discrimination and whistleblower claims. We are based in California, but out team is located throughout the US. We are seeking a dedicated senior attorney with 10+ years of experience in mass tort. This is a remote position, but must have J.D. from an accredited law school and are licensed to practice in the state of California. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their legal career in a fast-paced, supportive, and highly professional environment.
Qualifications
-Understands SOL and can calculate on behalf of several individual clients
- Proficient with document review, analysis and the discovery process
- Can perform independent research
- Strong writer with critical thinking skills
- Has had substantive client contact with delicate claims
- Organized and capable of managing a voluminous caseload of individual claims
