A highly regarded St. Louis law firm with deep roots in estate planning, probate, and business succession is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join its team. The firm is known for delivering strategic, detail-oriented, and personalized legal services to individuals, families, and business owners. This role provides the opportunity to build strong client relationships, develop tailored planning strategies, and work within a collaborative, client-focused practice.

- Competitive salary range of $105,000 to $155,000 depending on experience

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Missouri law license in good standing
- 2+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, or probate
- Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning tools
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance independent caseload management with team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, wealth transfer, and tax considerations
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other related documents
- Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings
- Assist business owners with succession and planning strategies
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through responsive communication and trusted counsel
- Stay current with changes in estate planning and tax law to ensure compliance and best practices
