Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, committed, and diligent Senior Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with eight or more years of litigation experience to work in a collaborative team environment. Experience in skilled nursing/medical malpractice, trust and estate litigation, and elder
law, and/or business litigation is a plus.

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 8 years of civil litigation experience, with trial/arbitration experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court systems.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
• Client-centric approach.

Preferred Experience:
• First or second chair trial and/or arbitration experience.
• Experience with mediation and/or arbitration.
• Familiarity with MyCase case management software.
