We are looking for bright, energetic, and responsible individuals for our opening thru mid afternoon shift. No experience is necessary, all training will be provided. This is a part time position. Must be over 18 years of age.
This role offers a clear path to a managerial position based on performance and leadership potential
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will posses excellent customer service skills and be available to work opening and/or closing shifts.
- Applicants should be energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, responsible, enjoy interacting with guests and work well with others to maintain a team environment
- Candidate must have the ability to lift and/or carry at least 30 lbs of weight
- Basic math skills are necessary

Responsibilities
- Additional shifts are available and include midday, weekends and evening closings
- The position requires constant standing, bending and some manual labor
- Adhering to and enforcing all policy and procedures regarding daily cleaning duties, proper uniforms, staff protocol and store opening/closing procedures
- Producing, maintaining and tracking all Italian Ice on a daily basis
- Preparing our signature treats properly and efficiently, providing treat suggestions and upselling
- Assisting with the coordination of the store marketing, catering, fundraising and social media groups
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well stocked store is a must.
- Serv Safe Certification is a plus.
• Must have availability to work a minimum of 2 shifts a week during the entire season

Pay: $12.00-$15.00 per hour based on qualifications.
