Sarasota Law Firm looking for a full-time professional, positive, enthusiastic, organized and motivated individual to work reception desk. Will be required to answer multi line phones in a courteous manner, routing calls to the appropriate department
- Operate telephone system to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
- Greet clients and notify staff of their arrival
- Enter data entry expense information into Accounting system.
- Set up new client/matter files.
- Oversee the copier, mailing machine, and supplies
- Maintain order and cleanliness of the reception area
- Organize and maintain supply closet, ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with general office projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Summary:
- Responsible for managing the front desk and providing service support to others. This person needs to have great people skills, be organized and be educated in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Windows applications.
