• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in German for home appliance inquiries.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and support.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Educate customers about features, benefits, and care of home appliances.
• Document interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Solid understanding of home appliance products is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
