Job Description

Job DescriptionStep into a day on our maintenance team

You arrive to a humming production floor, review your work orders, and dive into a mix of diagnostics and hands-on repair. One moment you’re tracing a fault through a PLC and VFD drive, the next you’re swapping out a bearing on a conveyor pulley or welding a bracket to keep a machine in spec. You’ll partner with production to get equipment cleaned, assembled, and back online—and train operators on safe, efficient operation. Throughout the shift, you log your work, follow our preventive maintenance schedule, and keep a sharp eye on safety and uptime.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Assist production with cleaning, assembly, operation, and training on production equipment.
  • Keep work areas clean; maintain shop tools, equipment, and facilities.
