Hiring for all shifts, shift differential offered for second and third shifts
Responsibilities:
- Use of gauges and measuring devices to verify product conformity and making adjustments to the process when advised by the Set-up person,
- Assuming responsibility for quality throughout the entire manufacturing process
- Communicating any issue that might compromise quality
- Understanding and maintaining all production documentation, blue prints, main and mini travelers, material certifications, special instructions and part identification.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Basic math and writing
- Basic drawing interpretation
- Control plan intervention and problem solving
- Spring coiler operation
- Use of linear measurement devices
- Use of load testing equipment
- Use of optical and digital comparators
- Basic SPC application
