Experienced Litigation Paralegal – Kansas City, MO | $70,000–$95,000 + Benefits | Hybrid
A well-established law firm in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their legal team. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work on high-impact cases across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft and format legal documents including motions, pleadings, and subpoenas.

Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development.

Manage docket and ensure timely filings in state and federal courts nationwide.

Assist with discovery processes, including document collection and production.

Prepare trial binders and support attorneys during hearings and trials.

Liaise with clients, court officials, and other attorneys.

Maintain and organize electronic case files using legal document management systems.
Qualifications:

5–10 years of paralegal experience with a strong litigation background.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Westlaw, and legal case management software.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with court rules and legal terminology.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $70,000–$95,000 depending on experience

Hybrid Schedule: 2–3 days in-office, remaining remote
