HHA/PCA Responsibilities:

• Help clients with personal care like bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep (based on client preferences)
• Assist with walking, transferring, and general mobility
• Give medication reminders

HHA/PCA Requirements:

• Valid HHA or PCA certification
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable phone or way to communicate
• Driver’s license and car insurance (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a background check
• Able to read, write, and speak English
