Private Trust Company in Reno, NV is expanding its team and actively seeking an experienced Trust Specialist to assist with supporting the Trust team in delivering high-quality service and fiduciary solutions to its UHNW clients.
Job Specifications:
- Support the senior Trust team with fiduciary decisions and trust administration responsibilities
- Review cash transfers, investment actions, market value updates, proposed beneficiary distributions, and other trust accounting transactions
- Engage and coordinate with external client advisors such as investment advisers, accountants, attorneys, and family offices
- Adhere to all compliance procedures and reinforce a strong compliance culture with the team
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in trust administration or planning with a focus on delivering the highest caliber of client experience (100mm+ level of clientele)
- JD, CPA, or CTFA is a plus
