A nationwide plaintiff's firm is seeking a Complex Personal Injury Attorney for their Emeryville, CA office. Responsibilities:

Handle your caseload from inception to resolution.
Manage discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Second-chair trials with the opportunity to first-chair down the line

Candidate Parameters:

Plaintiff's personal injury experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Member of the California Bar
