Job DescriptionSenior Litigation Attorney
A rapidly growing plaintiff's personal injury trial firm in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team. We handle catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, trucking accidents, and industrial/maritime injury cases. This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of a low-volume, high-value docket and work directly on complex litigation with seven- and eight-figure potential.
About the Role:
- Lead plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials with autonomy.
- Strategize case development and litigation approach alongside a seasoned trial team.
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with a tight-knit staff of paralegals, intake, and client support professionals.
- Engage directly with clients who are navigating life-changing injuries, providing compassionate advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Texas (or eligible for admission).
- 7+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience, including significant deposition and courtroom practice.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a docket independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proven track record handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
- Strong trial skills and willingness to prepare every case as if it will go to verdict.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a paperless practice.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary; $160k - $210k/year (DOE).
- Additional percentage of case fees/bonuses tied to results.
