Full-Time Physical Therapist – Fort Myers, FL
We’re hiring a skilled Physical Therapist to join a supportive outpatient clinic focused on functional movement and recovery. You’ll assess, treat, and guide patients through their rehabilitation plans using proven techniques and modern equipment.
Job Snapshot:

<li>Schedule: Monday–Friday (8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM), or 4x10-hour shifts</li>
<li>Compensation: $85K–$100K annually, based on experience</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct individualized movement and mobility assessments</li>
<li>Develop and apply therapeutic programs tailored to patient needs</li>
<li>Collaborate with a clinical team to improve outcomes</li>
<li>Coach patients through exercises and recovery goals</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy</li>
<li>Valid Florida PT license (or eligibility)</li>
<li>Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>
