Salary: $100K to $110K per year along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401k
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
A highly regarded law firm in Century City is seeking a seasoned Legal Administrative Assistant to join its team. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of legal administrative experience, with a strong background in litigation support, electronic filing, and case management in state, federal, and appellate courts.
Responsibilities:

E-file legal documents with California state, federal, and appellate courts

Docket court dates and legal deadlines using case management systems

Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and exhibits

Organize and manage case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accessibility and accuracy

Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

Communicate professionally with courts, clients, and opposing counsel

Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case logistics as needed
Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of legal administrative experience, preferably in litigation

Proficiency in court filing procedures across state, federal, and appellate jurisdictions

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and legal document formatting

Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail

Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal docketing software

Professional demeanor and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
