Deep South Equipment is hiring a Parts Manager in the Oklahoma City, OK area. Prior parts management experience required
Parts Manager - Excellent Pay and Benefits Package - Please note - ANY wages posted for this Job are wage estimates for similar types of positions. While we don't share our pay ranges online, our true pay range is based on your Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Growth Potential.
We are seeking someone with prior PARTS MANAGEMENT experience working with Heavy and Light Construction Equipment, Forklifts - Material Handling Equipment, Trucks, OR any similar type of parts operation. Anyone with experience is invited to apply.

- Previous parts management experience in trucking, heavy equipment, Ag equipment, or similar types of equipment is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Manage Parts Department
- Supervise Parts Department personnel
- Develop and attain annual objectives
- Maintain and increase the current customer base
- Work with customers on Parts needs.
- Manage Parts inventory
Job Requirements:
- Manage Parts ordering from manufacturers and communicate with vendors for special purchases and expediting backorders
- Ensure customer invoices are confirmed
- Schedule opening, closing, and vacation hours for employees
- Coordinate with Sales and Service departments daily
- Perform the typical duties of the Parts Manager.
Qualifications:
- Parts operations and inventory management experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and prepare Parts quotes
- Previous experience with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting preferred
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office software such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Possess exceptional customer service, organizational,time management, and communication skills
