Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding their subscriptions, billing issues, and service features
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Provide clear and detailed information about subscription benefits and policies
- Collect customer feedback to help improve our services
- Participate in training sessions to keep your knowledge up to date
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, especially in a subscription or service-based industry
