Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations and management team performance
- Oversee scheduling, training, and execution of BOH/FOH standards
- Drive cost control, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Execute local marketing strategies, including events and happy hours
- Ensure high-quality menu execution and smooth rollouts

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership and operational management experience
- Strong knowledge of both BOH and FOH functions
- Expertise in marketing promotions, specials, and local store marketing
- Minimum 3 years as a Senior Manager or GM in a full-service concept
- Financially astute with a track record of improving profitability
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
