Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Paralegal for Litigation, Real Estate & Corporate Support in Boston, MA

An established firm based in Boston with over 100 years in practice is seeking a Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join their team. This Paralegal will support attorneys across litigation, real estate, or corporate transactions, assisting with case preparation, filings, closings, and client communications.

Offer:
Salary range: $75,000-$95,000, depending on experience

Qualifications:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in litigation, real estate, or corporate law.
Experience with document preparation, filings, and closing coordination is required.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in litigation matters including discovery, filings, and trial preparation.
Assist with real estate closings, title review, and document coordination.
Prepare corporate filings and assist with entity formation and governance.
Maintain and organize case and transaction files.
Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties as needed.
