Position: Automotive Sales Consultant

Location: Key Cars Auto Group – Multiple Dealerships Across Connecticut
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Store | Automotive Sales with Leadership Potential

Who We’re Looking For

An experienced Automotive Sales Professional who’s ready to grow into a future Sales Manager or F&I Manager. If you're motivated, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment—this is your opportunity to level up.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive sales at a franchised dealership

  • Knowledge of automotive retail sales, inventory management, and deal structuring

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital retail platforms

  • Goal-oriented with a desire to advance into management or F&I roles

  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process

  • Build trust through product knowledge, transparency, and professionalism

  • Work with management to structure deals, submit credit apps, and deliver vehicles

  • Consistently follow up with leads and sold customers to create long-term relationships

  • Actively participate in training, goal setting, and dealership initiatives

  • Prepare for advancement by learning finance, menu selling, and deal compliance

Growth Path: Sales to F&I or Sales Management

Key Cars Auto Group actively promotes from within. Sales team members who show strong performance, leadership ability, and integrity will be fast-tracked for advancement to Desk Manager, F&I Manager, or Sales Manager roles.
