Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.

• Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions and strategies.

• Maintain high visibility of work activities and results through regular reporting.

• Engage in regular performance evaluations to track personal growth and success.

• Educate clients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.

• Adapt therapy approaches based on client feedback and changing needs.

• Network with local healthcare providers to enhance referral opportunities.

Experience/Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Washington.

• Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based practices for therapy interventions.

• Strong communication skills to educate clients and families effectively.

• Ability to monitor and document client progress accurately.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for enhanced client care.

• Ability to adapt therapy approaches based on client feedback.

• Strong networking skills to enhance referral opportunities within the community.
