<li>Answer inquiries via phone calls and email</li>
<li>Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments</li>
<li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records</li>
<li>Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information</li>
<li>Verify payment methods and process payments</li>
<li>Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory</li>
<li>Verifying insurance benefits if needed</li>

 Qualifications

<li>High school diploma/GED required</li>
<li>Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
