We are seeking a bright, energetic, personable Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide in office support for attorneys' business needs and help us to provide the best service to our clients. Hourly rate depends upon experience.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct research to support legal proceedings</li>
<li>Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents</li>
<li>Review client files and medical records to respond to discovery requests</li>
<li>Communicate with clients</li>
<li>Schedule client medical appointments and deposition dates</li>
<li>Record and store client information</li>
<li>Help maintain office calendar</li>
<li>Make phone calls as needed to help move cases to resolution</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Paralegal experience/college degree</li>
<li>Spanish-speaking preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with legal research</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>College-level writing skills and command of English grammar</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Minimum of 40 wpm typing speed</li>
<li>Professional demeanor</li>
