- COMP: $200-350k base on draw (depends on a variety of factors; book value; profitability etc)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow your own book of business.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Good standing Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction/state
- 10+ years of legal expertise
- Portable book of business of $750K+
- Open to books of business specialized in Corporate, Trust and Estate, Tax, etc (and other such "big firm" practices)
- excluding immigration and criminal law
Current legal services include:
- Patents, copyrights, trademarks, unfair competition, licensing, and litigation counseling
- Corporate mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and asset protection, securities litigation and enforcement
- Class and mass action litigation, finance and real estate, and tax
- Government and internal investigations, and commercial litigation
