This role is fully remote and requires the candidate to have reliable Wi-Fi. A laptop will be provided for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate new business opportunities and provide contractual guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Lead contract negotiations in coordination with legal and business stakeholders.
- Draft and review contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Administer government contracts and support internal teams such as sales and program management.
- Maintain accurate contract records and manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals and close-outs.
- Identify and assess contractual risks, escalating issues as needed.
- Support compliance monitoring and internal/external audits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management within a government contracting environment.
- Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and government-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Familiarity with GSA Multiple Award Schedule.
- Experience working with federal agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security or Department of Defense.
