Job DescriptionWe are a well known National Defense Litigation practice seeking a Litigation Attorney at all levels to expand our Litigation group across the US with experience in General Liability/Products Liability and/or Transportation (Trucking)/General Casualty Litigation. These roles offer strong trial exposure, client contact, the chance to work in a collaborative, results-driven environment, and growth opportunities for professional development & advancement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support senior attorneys in managing a litigation caseload
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on transportation and regulatory issues
- Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Assist in settlement negotiations and case evaluations
- Collaborate with team members across offices on strategy and client service
- Prepare case updates and reports for client stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in California
- 3–5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in transportation or general casualty matters
- Deposition and motion practice experience required
- Trial experience preferred
- Knowledge of trucking, logistics, or related regulations helpful
- Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary range: $165,000 – $210,000
- Discretionary bonus eligibility
