Job DescriptionLHH has partnered with a leading litigation team is hiring a Trial Technician Paralegal with 5+ years of direct experience in trial support and litigation technology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, especially during live courtroom proceedings, and who brings a proactive, collaborative, and technically skilled approach to trial preparation and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Support attorneys and litigation teams with pre-trial discovery coordination and case preparation.

Collaborate across departments to ensure readiness for trial, including compliance with litigation support protocols.

Operate and troubleshoot trial presentation software (e.g., TrialDirector 360, Relativity, Disco) and other legal tech tools.

Manage audio-visual content, including editing, syncing, and presenting video depositions in court.

Oversee eDiscovery workflows, including data processing, quality control, and production.

Set up and manage courtroom technology independently and confidently.

Provide on-site trial support, including live presentation of exhibits and video, and real-time troubleshooting.

Maintain professional communication with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.

Travel and work overtime as needed to support trial teams.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation support, with direct trial experience required.

Proficiency with trial presentation tools and eDiscovery platforms.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage technical issues in real time.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and travel as required.

Must be comfortable being physically present in courtrooms and supporting live trial proceedings.
