As an F45 Trainer, you will offer 45 minutes of heart-pumping, sweat-dripping fun in a motivating & encouraging group training environment. Our F45 Trainers are the ones who motivate our members from start to finish, correct their form, have personable conversations, offer modifications, and what helps make the F45 community one of a kind. You must be a people-person and have a passion for helping individuals meet their goals. You will be required to go through a training process as well as pass a fit test. You must have a personal training certification that is verified through ISSA, ACE, NASM or AFSA. Our trainers make up a team of individuals that care for one and another that creates an environment of passion, growth personally and professionally, friendship not just inside the studio, but outside as well!
Responsibilities:
- Instruct groups of individuals in fitness activities (workout is already created)
- Offer support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
- Demonstrate proper form and technique
- Ensure fitness programs are safe and fun
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or group trainer
- Ability to train at all fitness levels
- Passion for health and fitness
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
