Join the Keiki Kicks Team as a Soccer Coach!
Do you have a passion for working with kids in a fun, active setting? Keiki Kicks is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Soccer Coach to lead classes for young children (ages 1 to 11). If you're a natural leader with strong communication skills and a love for soccer, we want to hear from you! While prior experience playing or coaching soccer is a plus, your enthusiasm, work ethic, and dedication to nurturing young athletes are the most important qualities we’re looking for.
Key Responsibilities:

Create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all children

Lead engaging soccer classes based on the Keiki Kicks curriculum

Teach kids the fundamentals of soccer, focusing on skill development and teamwork

Ensure all Keiki Kicks rules, policies, and procedures are followed

Encourage participation and sportsmanship in all children

Attend all training sessions, team meetings, and scheduled classes

Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of provided equipment
Qualifications:

Previous experience in soccer or working with young children (preferred, but not required)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to pass a background check

High level of enthusiasm and patience, especially with children

Excellent organizational skills

Reliable and punctual, with dependable transportation (preferably a car to transport soccer equipment preferred)

A team player who enjoys working with others
Job Details:

Job Type: Part-time
-
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour (with potential for incremental raises based on performance)

Schedule: Availability preferred for classes Monday-Friday mornings/afternoons, and Saturday mornings

Location: Various schools and parks around Oahu
