Job Description
Join a dynamic team specializing in the assembly of large switch gear units that power essential facilities such as airports, hospitals, and schools. As an Electric Assembler, you will play a crucial role in wiring panel boards, doors, cradles, and boards that are integral to these switch gear units.
Key Responsibilities
- Wire and assemble panel boards, doors, cradles, and boards within large switch gear units.
- Lift and install wire panels (up to 50 lbs) into units with precision and care.
- Operate specialized tools provided to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Essential Skills
- Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in electrical assembly and wiring harness techniques.
- Hands-on experience with soldering, panel wiring, and crimping.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring.
- Comfortable standing for 10-hour shifts with scheduled breaks.
- Adaptable to changing production needs and committed to team success.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $19.55/hr.
