The Opportunity:
As our Auto Body & Paint Technician, you will be responsible for the complete repair and refinishing of vehicles involved in collisions. You'll work independently and as part of a supportive team, ensuring every vehicle meets our high standards for safety, quality, and aesthetics.
What You'll Do:

Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including frame straightening, structural and non-structural repairs, and panel replacement.

Execute high-quality painting and refinishing, including color matching, prepping surfaces, and applying paint and clear coats to factory standards.

Utilize various tools and equipment, including welding equipment, measuring systems, and diagnostic tools.

Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as necessary for repair.

Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all repairs meet safety guidelines and customer expectations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and team members regarding repair status and needs.
What You'll Bring:
