D1 Training North Shore Morning Group Fitness Instructor (Part-Time/Full-Time Available)

Job Summary
As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, you will design and implement effective training programs to help athletes and adults improve their strength, speed, endurance, and overall athletic performance. You will foster a positive and motivating training environment, ensuring that each athlete trains safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach & Motivate Lead strength and conditioning sessions for groups, individuals, and teams while maintaining high energy and professionalism.
Develop & Adapt Training Programs Lead D1 workouts to meet the unique needs of each athlete, adjusting based on age, ability, and performance goals.
Educate & Inspire Teach proper technique, injury prevention strategies, and foundational training principles to enhance performance.
Prioritize Safety & Injury Prevention Ensure all athletes use correct form, movement patterns, and progressions to reduce the risk of injury.
Build Relationships Engage with athletes, track their progress, and provide feedback to help them achieve their goals.
Start & Finish Workouts on Time Maintain structure and discipline in every training session.
Qualifications:
CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (Required)
NCCA-Accredited Strength & Conditioning Certification (Required) NSCA-CSCS, NASM-PES, USAW, ACSM, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 Year of Coaching Experience in a strength & conditioning or personal training setting.
Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Related Field (Preferred).
