Are you a skilled maintenance professional ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance operations at a busy multi-family apartment community.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage all maintenance operations at a multi-family apartment community
  • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance technicians and contractors
  • Prioritize and complete service requests, emergency repairs, and unit turnovers
  • Develop and follow preventative maintenance plans for property systems and equipment
  • Maintain curb appeal by overseeing landscaping, common areas, and exterior maintenance
  • Coordinate with the property management team on budgets, projects, and timelines
  • Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment and ensure proper usage and care
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, building codes, and fair housing regulations
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
  • Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs proactively

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in apartment or facilities management
  • 1+ year of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Experience managing vendors, supply orders, and maintenance budgets
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions
  • HVAC/EPA certification preferred; other trade certifications a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school a bonus
