As a family-run legal practice in New York and New Jersey, their lawyers are committed to guiding accident victims and their families through the complex litigation process to obtain full compensation after a serious or fatal accident. They focus on several practice areas including civil rights, labor law, product and premise liability, and personal injury. They have 20 attorneys and 50 staff members and are growing consistently.

Job Details
Our client is currently seeking a Civil Rights attorney to lead the practice group at their firm. Qualified candidates should have 3+ years of civil rights experience and should be admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
Beneficial Experience:
Experience handling Section1983 cases in EDNY and SDNY for claims against The City of New York (NYPD and DOC)
Intaking clients
Handling depositions and trial
Finalizing and negotiating settlements
