Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate and Benefits: $95,000 to $105,000 annually, with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more.
Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid (4 Days Remote / 1 Day Onsite), Transition to Remote After 90 Days
LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a dynamic legal team at a well-established firm in Downtown Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in labor & employment or complex litigation defense, and who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

Deliver high-level administrative support to attorneys handling labor & employment and complex litigation defense matters.

Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence.

Organize and maintain case files, records, and legal documentation.

Track and manage litigation deadlines, including pre-trial schedules and court appearances.

Coordinate meetings, depositions, and hearings.

Handle court filings across federal, state, and appellate courts, including e-filing and physical submissions.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a litigation legal assistant in labor & employment or complex litigation defense.

In-depth knowledge of filing procedures and rules for federal, state, and appellate courts.

Proficiency in e-filing systems and calendaring litigation timelines.

Familiarity with judicial forms and legal formatting requirements.

Skilled in preparing tables of contents and tables of authorities.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
