Hotel Solutions is currently seeking an Area Manager in the Nashville, TN area. The position will require a motivated, disciplined and driven person that can adapt as needed as our Company continues to grow and expand.
Qualifications for this position are:
*Must be Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish)
*1 year minimum managing hospitality, food & beverage, restaurant, banquet or catering, housekeeping or janitorial, and/or warehouse workers. Recruiting and social media skills are a plus.
*Must be results oriented and have ability to stay focused on goals. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and basic computer skills.
*Must demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
*Knowledge and understanding of the guiding principles for employment practices in a diverse workforce. Skills to effectively communicate with a wide range of diverse individuals.
*Must be able to handle and maintain a high volume of varied activities as needed to ensure our Clients needs are met.
*Reliable Transportation
*Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities are:
*Work with clients to identify good talent for their openings by communicating with clients about their needs and candidates’ qualifications.
*Coordinates and schedules interviews for candidates, and their start dates with the Clients.
*Process and ensure all candidates and employees are compliant in all hiring, on-boarding and employment practices in our systems.
*Ensure employees are following processes and procedures per Client appropriately to ensure daily hours worked are reported correctly.
*Answer/return applicants, employees, and Client calls in an appropriate time frame. Build and develop relationships with our Clients and employees to ensure a productive work environment.
*Routinely follow up with Clients ensure our employees are meeting their expectations and standards. Fill our Clients openings with new candidates as needed.
*Support the office by taking incoming telephone calls, screenings and interviewing candidates seeking employment as needed.
*Answer general inquiries and refer questions to the appropriate person within our Company in a timely manner.
