Pay: $65K-$105K
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 37.5-hour work week
LHH is working with a mid-sized, full-service law firm that is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant. This role provides direct support to a team of attorneys handling a variety of civil litigation matters, including trial and appellate litigation, arbitration, mediation, and regulatory proceedings.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and discovery materials

Manage state and federal court filings (electronic and hard copy), including coordinating service

Handle all phases of case support from opening through trial

Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files

Track and calendar deadlines using docketing software

Communicate with clients, court staff, opposing counsel, and vendors

Support attorneys in managing timekeeping and billing documentation
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a litigation legal support role

Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules and filing systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat

Experience with document management and docketing software (e.g., NetDocs, BEC Docketing, ProLaw)

Strong proofreading, grammar, and formatting skills

Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities

Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with administrative tribunal rules (e.g., Office of the Hearing Examiner) is a plus

Team Structure & Hiring Need
This position supports three attorneys (two partners and one senior attorney).

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
