Job Title: Construction Attorney (3-7 Years Experience)
Location: Remote Flexibility Available, but must be based in the Philadelphia or Delaware Valley area with an ACTIVE PA Bar Admission
Salary Range: $130,000-$165,000 Base + Bonuses & Origination Potential

Position Overview: We are seeking a mid-level Construction Attorney with 3-7+ years of experience to join our team. While prior construction law experience is preferred, it is not required. What matters most is your ability to take ownership of your work, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client matters.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex, high-value construction disputes and transactions, with direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility from day one. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a mix of construction litigation and transactional matters for private-sector clients
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation involving construction disputes
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop strategic legal solutions
- Manage deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations with accountability and professionalism
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- 3-7+ years of legal experience, ideally with exposure to construction law (not required)
- Strong writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and client service
