As the Employment Law Department continues to grow, our firm is now seeking an Associate Attorney with 5+ years of Employment Law experience.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience
- Must have experience in compliance, employee handbooks, employment law defense, and litigation
- PAGA & Class Action experience a plus
- Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
- School district defense experience required
- Trial experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with public entity defense a plus
- Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
- Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees
- Member, State Bar of California in good standing
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
- Excellent written and oral communication
