Firm: Law Office of Beth J. Schlossman, Esq.
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 Annually + Benefits
Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

The Role
We are seeking an Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal who is capable of hitting the ground running. This is a hands-on role perfect for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work. You will manage cases from inception through trial, ensuring that our clients receive the justice they deserve.

Key Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Case Management: Manage personal injury files from "start to finish," including intake, pleadings, and discovery, through to trial or settlement.
- Legal Research & Writing: Conduct thorough legal research and draft substantive motions, summons, complaints, and bills of particulars.
- Trial Preparation: Assist the attorney with trial prep, including organizing exhibits, coordinating with witnesses, and preparing trial binders.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law is required. You must understand the nuances of NY Civil Procedure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in motion practice, legal research, and trial preparation is non-negotiable.
- Bilingual Ability: Fluent in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines effectively.
