We’re looking for an organized, outgoing Office Assistant to handle reception, admin support, customer service, and light accounting. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and help keep our office running smoothly.
Location: NW Portland
Pay: $21–$25/hour | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:45 AM–4:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phones & assist customers
- Enter/update sales orders & credit memos
- Manage inventory and office supplies
- Support warehouse and dispatch teams
- Assist with counter sales
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
