About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Drill Press Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with basic mechanical skills who is eager to learn and advance in the manufacturing industry. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

Operate drill press machines to drill, tap, and bore holes in metal parts

Load and unload materials onto machines

Measure, mark, and verify workpieces for accuracy

Perform quality checks using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Assist with general shop duties as needed
Requirements:

Some prior manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred, but not required

Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring devices

Ability to read and follow simple instructions and drawings

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Reliable attendance and good work ethic
