Seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join one of the top law firm. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in matrimonial and family law matters, with specific knowledge in processing uncontested divorces.
Family Law Paralegal experience is a MUST.
Responsibilities:

Conduct client interviews to gather case details and relevant family history.

Assist in preparing and filing legal documents, including divorce petitions, child custody agreements, support motions, and settlement agreements.

Draft, proofread, and finalize pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence.

Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation throughout proceedings.

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Coordinate discovery and document production.

Calendar and monitor case deadlines, hearings, and trial schedules.

Provide support to attorneys through all stages of family law cases, including preparation for mediation, hearings, and trial.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Paralegal specializing in Family/Matrimonial Law.

Must have hands-on experience with uncontested divorces.

Proficiency in file organization and case management.

Strong legal writing and proofreading skills.

Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Familiarity with family law procedures and court rules.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
