As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery of customer orders by managing production schedules, coordinating cross-functional communication, and maintaining scheduling systems. Your ability to analyze data, anticipate challenges, and drive effective scheduling practices will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.

o Salary Range: $59,000.00 - $75,000.00

o Bonus: Exempt employees are eligible for a bonus in accordance with Accupac’s Bonus Plan.

The final offer, including level and pay, will be determined based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s relevant job and industry experience, education, knowledge, skills, geographic location, and abilities. What You’ll Do:

· Maintain base data in the scheduling system, including routings, work centers, capacity parameters, and sales order information

· Use PlanetTogether software for scheduling, capacity planning, project planning, and “what if” scenarios to support On-Time In-Full Delivery

· Update and maintain Accuterm Sales Order File with new and completed orders, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation on a daily basis

· Manage the two-month planning window and master schedule, issuing weekly schedules for manufacturing and packaging to support customer commitments

· Provide timely feedback to Project Management and Customer Experience Specialist regarding orders that may not meet customer-requested due dates

· Coordinate all internal and external customer communication through Project Management and Customer Experience Specialist

· Conduct daily tactical meetings to review progress, resolve scheduling issues, and ensure alignment across departments

· Issue daily reconciliation reports on batch completions and monitor bulk inventory weekly to ensure timely packaging before expiration

· Prepare and track schedule adherence and OTIF delivery data for weekly meetings

· Collaborate with the Plant Manager as needed and perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required

· Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of planning, scheduling, inventory control, and purchasing preferred

· Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and cGMP requirements strongly preferred

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive decision-making and highlight trade-offs

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to operate PCs and interface with mainframe systems

· Strong analytical skills to interpret reports, compile data, and provide actionable insights

· Effective written and oral communication skills for reporting, meetings, and presentations

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under deadlines
