Pinkham & Associates is seeking a motivated and dedicated Entry Level Family Law Associate Attorney to join our dynamic family law team in Tustin, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for recent law graduates or attorneys with minimal experience who are passionate about family law and eager to grow their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support matters.
  • Draft client correspondence, legal documents, and pleadings.
  • Conduct research and prepare memoranda on legal issues.
  • Support senior attorneys during court appearances and client meetings.
  • Maintain organized case files and assist with discovery procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • California Bar admission or pending results.
  • Passion for family law and a desire to learn.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
