Established (20+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Personal Injury Trial and Litigation in Jacksonville, FL
An established firm based in Jacksonville with over 20 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with Personal Injury Trial and Litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.
Offer: Salary range: $95,000-$125,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation and trial work.
Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage cases independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities: Handle personal injury cases from intake through trial.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Work closely with clients, experts, and support staff to build strong cases.
