Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a busy early childhood school caseload. This role is ideal for candidates with credentials such as SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, SLP - School, or SLPA - School. The position is contract-based for the school year and located in Aurora, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to early childhood students
- Support the current SLP managing a large caseload
- Work collaboratively to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Schedule sessions primarily on Wednesdays and Thursdays (2 days per week, part-time)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification as SLP or SLPA appropriate for school settings
- Experience working with early childhood populations preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
